Originally dubbed a partnership between Win Win Home Buyers and Homes 2 Own, Win-Win Property Group is a real estate investment company formed in January 2020 that specializes in selling houses with owner financing and other non-traditional financing options. WWPG’s full-service line includes buying, renovating, wholesaling, renting, and selling residential properties.
We started as a residential wholesale company by sourcing properties for investors who buy fix and flip properties and rentals. We soon realized that there was a way we could have a more positive impact on the community by seller financing homes to those who don’t qualify for traditional financing as our business.
Lance Wakefield and Eden Markowitz came together in 2017 at Shoreline Property Group, a real estate company founded by Lance. Eden became one of the top acquisition managers at Shoreline, which led to Lance wanting them to start their own company. Thus, Win-Win Property Group was founded in DFW, Texas, in January 2020
Despite the intense economic turmoil that immediately followed, WWPG has built a thriving, adaptable, resilient business that fills a long-neglected void in the DFW real estate industry. Our focus is on buying and selling houses in the Dallas Fort Worth area with Owner Financing.
Our mission is to provide homes to those in our community who cannot obtain traditional financing. We offer homes that can be improved to provide our clients with equity in the property and a place to call home. We exercise high levels of integrity and deal ingenuity in how we structure these deals with our clients.

Realtors list properties on the MLS and hope someone will buy it. Agents have a showing process, so your home must be in TIP TOP shape 24/7 and be ready for showings at any time. The average time to sell a property when listing with an agent right now is 6-12 months. Agents also will take a commission, around 6% but that doesn’t include all closing costs. By the end you are paying about 10% with closing costs! That can add up! We are the ones who buy your home! You don’t need to get your home “Show” Ready and you don’t need to do any repairs. If you put your home on the market, get ready to get an inspection! Home Buyers expect the home they buy on the market to not be anything less than perfect.
